Do you allow pets?

Sorry, but unfortunately we do not allow pets in our caravan.

How far away is your caravan from the main complex

Our caravan is just a 2-3 minute walk from Cala Gran reception and entertainment.

What time can we check in

We allow check-in any time from 10-00 am on the date of your arrival.

What time do we have to check out.

Unless we inform you otherwise you can stay in the caravan up to 3:30 pm on the last day of your holiday.

What is the difference between the deposit and the damage waiver.

We always ask for a minimum deposit of £50 to secure your holiday date. Once received we change your dates on our diary to booked. Unfortunately we cannot refund any deposits.

The damage waiver is a totally seperate payment and is an extra charge on top of the advertised price. This damage waiver is 100% refunded as long as the caravan is left in good condition without any breakages, damage or unnecessary mess..
